Databases create citations for you!  Follow these instructions to find citations on sources, but be sure to check them for accuracy.

EBSCOhost

To copy citation information for articles, eBooks, etc:

  1. From a record's detail view, click the Cite tool icon.

Cite icon on article detail page

Scroll down until you find MLA style. Copy and paste citation to your Works Cited page.

Gale

Click on the title of the resource. In the upper right corner, look for a banner of icons each labeled with a function including "Cite" and this and an icon of a quotation mark.

Change the option to your citation style of choice and copy and paste the citation to your Works Cited page.
